MEET TANIS
Tanis Larson is an author, content creator, entrepreneur, and founder of The Hand It Back Method. Through honest storytelling and practical encouragement, she inspires women to stop carrying what was never theirs to hold and start living with confidence, courage, and purpose.
A wife and mother of six from Alberta, Canada, Tanis has shared her life with a community of hundreds of thousands online. Her journey has included years of infertility, multiple IVF journeys, becoming a mother later in life, raising a daughter with Down syndrome, and navigating the heartbreaking loss of her own mother while pregnant.
Rather than allowing those experiences to define her, they became the foundation for a message that has resonated with women around the world: you don't have to carry fear, shame, guilt, or other people's expectations.
Today, Tanis continues to share that message through her writing, videos, podcast conversations, and future live events, helping others discover the freedom that comes from handing back what was never theirs to carry.
When she's not creating content, you'll likely find her with her family, traveling, enjoying a good cup of coffee, or wearing a baseball hat with designer runners.
